If you’re looking for someone to hold space, you’re in the right place.

My intention is to facilitate your ability to dive deeper and learn more about your authenticity.

Areas of Focus

  • How could you show up in your life and relationships if your inner world was a haven — a warm and gentle space to land? A valuable part of the therapeutic relationships is our ability to explore co-regulation, the way we learn self-regulation.

Navigating the complexities of loving one another and ourselves can be challenging. Connecting with your heart, desires, values, and dreams can be a helpful anchor amongst life's big waves.

  • Grief and loss is an area so tender to my heart. Losing someone you deeply love can feel impossible — working together, we can sit together in pain, confusion, frustration, and the many emotions and feelings that arise. I believe that grief is not something you work through but learn to live with — a new way of being.

Standing with you as you navigate this newness is a great honour.

  • Growing up performing gave me a unique love of being on stage — I'm interested in finding & nourishing the performer in all of us.

The therapeutic relationship is a great place to explore public speaking anxiety/social anxiety. By focusing on the physical sensations and dropping the narrative, we can work towards building confidence and comfort in the body. Tapping into confidence and comfort can create ease in many areas of your life — including public speaking and connecting with others.

  • My experience dancing provides me with a unique experience at the cross-section of both training as an athlete and creating as an artist.

Dedicating yourself to a craft — whether as an athlete, artist, or both, is a turmoil-filled role. I am interested in supporting those struggling to find a balance in their lives and learn what about their craft really fills them up.

Hardship is not punishment, dear one. Feelings are not punitive; they are bubbles of grace rising to the surface. Make friends with the shifting sands deep within you; you are opening, changing. Let the air that needs to be released release when and how it comes. Love these bubbles of grace. Curl the corners of your mouth into a small smile as they leave.

This work requires meaningful investment on both ends.

Your investment —

To begin the therapeutic process, sessions are done weekly. From there, we can figure out a plan that is most supportive to you — weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and on occasion.

$150 + GST for a 50 minute session
$220 + GST for an “extended” 75 minute session

My investment —

I show up fully for each client — I do this by only booking a certain number of clients each day, taking good care of myself, and leaving time in my day to recharge. Additionally, I seek clinical supervision, connect with other professionals, go to therapy, and continue my education/skills training to serve you better.

I offer both in-person & online sessions
